Return And Refund Policy

Engineeradda Return Policy:
In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be reported to us through Register email ID and sent it to via email at (support@Engineeradda.in) within 24 hours of delivery with an image of the damaged product along with the Unboxing video.

Guidelines for Returns & Replacement:

  1. Wrong order (wrong product-related issues)
  2. Different from the description on the website.
  3. Missing parts/accessories. (reported within 24 hours of delivery via mail to support@Engineeradda.in along with Unboxing video.)
  4. The product is damaged/defective. (reported within 24 hours of delivery via mail to support@Engineeradda.com along with the image of the damaged product and Unboxing video.)
  5. If you don’t know about machine use or are not satisfied, with this circumstance product will not be returned or refundable.
  6. In case anyone refuses to take delivery/material of goods so ordered, shipping charges and shipment charges will not be refunded.

Return (If applicable)

  1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original labels and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  2. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
  3. Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted.
  4. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
  5. The invoice should be available.
  6. The non-returnable product cannot be returned such as spare parts, Accessories, Earth auger bits, extensions, Electronics, and plastic items.
  7. In case of returning the product, the customer needs to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order. In case, if you received a defective or damaged product, in that case, customer needs to inform us through Register email ID and sent it to (support@Engineeradda.in) within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  8. If you receive the product in a different color, however, specifications are the same then a return will not be done.

You can raise a return request by following the steps:

  1. Customer needs to inform us through Register email within 24 hours with Order ID and Unboxing video of receiving the order.
  2. The product should be unused, unaltered, and unsoiled.
  3. The invoice should be available.
  4. We will raise a request for Reverse pickup and try to arrange it from our end. Once the pickup is arranged our courier partner will collect the product within 24 business hours.
  5. The customer needs to pack the product with Brand packing & paste the invoice on it.
  6. The customer will hand over the product to the courier boy.
  7. Once the pick-up is done, the product will be sent to us by the courier partner.
  8. After receiving the product, a quality check will be done over the product by our team which takes 3 business days time.
  9. If the product is found damaged/defective by our team, We will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product.
  10. In some cases, where our Logistic Service Provider doesn’t provide a reverse pickup facility, the customer will have to send the product on his own only through India post after the request for reverse pickup is raised.
  11. In case, after receiving the product if we found any discrepancy by our Quality inspection team, we will re-ship the product to the customer, and in that case customer will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment in order to receive the product. No courier charges for sending the product will be reimbursed.

Once sent, the customer needs to share the Courier slip along with the following bank details at support@Engineeradda.in

  1. Account holder name (Same as registered with Engineeradda.com)
  2. Account Number:
  3. IFSC Code:
  4. Bank Name:
  5. Cancel cheque photo or passbook photo.
  6. Aadhaar Card or PAN card.
    Order can be canceled only before processing. If you have done an online payment and you are canceling the order without any proper reason, the payment gateway charge 3% plus GST will be deducted from your refund amount. If After processing otherwise shipment is IN transit / already Dispatch from our side, then any reason you want to cancel your order the amount will not be refundable.

Engineeradda will cancel orders under the following scenarios:

  1. Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
  2. If the area falls under “Non-Serviceable zone” or “out of delivery area” by our Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order in that case order can be canceled.
  3. Incomplete or inaccurate address.
  4. Identified fraudulent scenarios.
  5. In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on Engineeradda.com
  6. Restriction on quantity ordered.
  7. Other business reasons are based on Engineeradda discretion.

REFUND POLICY
Once your refund has been approved by our team, it would take anywhere between 7-15 business days to complete your refund process.
For all prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where the payment was made.
If the transaction is done online then the customer needs to share the below-mentioned details at our Email Id support@Engineeradda.in from the registered e-mail id.

  4. Bank Name:
  5. Cancel cheque photo or passbook photo.

    After receiving the required information for a refund, a refund will be processed in 7 business days and the same will reflect in your account in another 7-15 business days.
    You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund, or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same.
